Appeal Your Ban

This is the form you must fill out if you wish to be unbanned.

You must fit within these guidelines for your appeal to qualify:

➢ You must have a valid reason to appeal. You may not just apologize; your appeal will be disregarded.

➢ You may only appeal a temporary ban if you feel like your ban was unjust.

➢ You may not use this as a means to argue with staff.

If you fit all 3 of these guidelines, you may proceed. If you lie in any way or do not fit any of these 3 guidelines, your appeal will be rendered invalid and rejected immediately. Please fill out every question as thoroughly as possible.
